With “The Amazing Spiderman” RULING the box office…we decided to swing back to 2001, when we were re-introduced to Spidey through the Toby/Sam team!!!

Sooo, I’ll admit it!!!  When I first heard that Hollywood was “re-booting” the Spiderman franchise with new actors/director…I thought “what are they smoking”???  AFter seeing the much hyped trailers and commercials..I bought in…this actually looked good…and it was…good.  But not groundbreaking.  I did’nt rush out of the theater this time thinking, “this was the nest movie…EVER!!!!”  BUT, it was good.  Andrew Garfield, GOOD…Emma Stone, GOOD… everything/everyone else, GOOD.  But it did’nt blow me away either…It had huge “webs” to fill.

At this point Sony has confirmed there will be 2 more sequals…so let’s see where the team takes us this time!!!  In the mean time…Batman, your our last hope this summer!!
