According to a new study out of University College of Cork, in Ireland, if I asked you how much you weighed, you’d lie.  Because they found that everyone lies.  The only difference is how much we lie.

Here’s a breakdown of how many pounds the average person shaves off their weight:

A guy who’s obese:  Five pounds.

A guy’s who’s overweight:  Two pounds.

A guy who’s normal weight:  One pound.

A woman who’s obese:  Six pounds.

A woman who’s overweight:  Three pounds.

A woman who’s normal weight:  One or two pounds.
