The Towsontown Spring Festival started 46 years ago as the Towsontown Art Exhibit. It was held in the Baltimore County Courtyard and in 1968 it joined the Bicentennial Celebration.
This year they are again dedicating the festival to the men and women who serve our country. Opening ceremonies are held at the corner of Washington and Pennsylvania Avenues at 12:00 pm Saturday, May 4th. Prior to opening ceremonies there will be Bag Pipers, Color Guard & the Chief Musician from the Department of the Navy to sing the National Anthem..
